Job summary

Responsibilities

• Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
• Assisting with keeping the kitchen, floors, sinks, and work areas clean and sanitary.
• Properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated locations.
• Assisting kitchen staff with basic cleaning, organizing, and stocking as needed.
• Taking out trash and recycling and maintaining proper waste disposal procedures.
• Assisting with receiving, organizing, and putting away deliveries when needed.
• Following all kitchen sanitation, food safety, and health department standards.
• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Completing closing cleaning duties and ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and ready for the next shift.
