Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work well-groomed, in clean uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
• Rinses and arranges soiled dishes, silverware and glassware; soaks and scrubs containers.
• Loads trays into dishwasher and stocks for kitchen personnel and servers.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Monitors food temperatures during hot and cold handling to prevent contamination.
• Performs general floor maintenance at shift end.
