Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Rinse and arrange soiled dishes and glassware for washing.
• Load trays into dishwasher and stock for kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Monitor food temperatures during handling to prevent contamination.
• Perform general floor maintenance at end of shift.
