Perkins Management Services Company is seeking a reliable dishwashing staff member to support our kitchen operations. The role emphasizes cleanliness of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils, while maintaining sanitation across the dishwashing station and related areas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety guidelines due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and the ability to pass food safety exams and/or trainings.
• Must have a team player attitude; be dependable, reliable, and respectful; and exemplify leadership qualities and professionalism with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by keeping all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils clean and sanitized.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas in a clean condition.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and in working order; report any issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ensure the security of company assets.
