You will rinse, arrange, and stock dishes, maintain cleanliness, and assist with sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a smooth service flow. Qualificações

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Rinses and arranges soiled dishes, silverware and glassware into washer trays.
• Loads trays into dishwasher and stocks for kitchen personnel and servers.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Monitors food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce risk factors.
• Performs general maintenance of floors and shifts end.
