Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to help keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for service. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment, ensuring safe and sanitary conditions while supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house staff.

No prior experience is required, though dishwashing experience is a plus. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and contribute to a clean, organized kitchen every shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house team members with cleaning and stocking tasks as needed.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
