Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is hiring a part-time Dish Steward for the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Little Italy in San Diego. Located in Little Italy, this role supports the restaurant's dishwashing operations and ensures cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, restocking, and maintaining the dish area; candidates should have high school education and prior experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
