Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Little Italy in San Diego's Little Italy district is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. This part-time role includes maintaining a clean, efficient dish area and supporting restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned
