Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Little Italy, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a Dish Steward to join our team in San Diego. This part-time position offers a friendly, service-driven environment with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package.

Role focuses on dishwashing, sanitation, and cleanliness across the kitchen and dining areas; prior experience preferred. Compensation is $23.00 per hour with daily pay and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
