Qualifications

• Minimum High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Remains aware of stock levels and restocks as needed.
• Removes all garbage and cleans the dish area.
• Breaks down and sanitizes the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keeps dish storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
