Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support the dining venue by keeping china, glassware, and silverware clean and ready for service. You will assist with basic kitchen tasks and maintain high sanitation standards under culinary management in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines, while supporting guest requests and ensuring smooth service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and polite demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to read and understand simple English instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rack, stack, and wash china, glass, and silver to sanitation standards.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitary, and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Maintain knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness alongside Barbacks, ensuring hygienic work areas.
