Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Dish Steward in Atlanta to support our kitchen operations and keep dishware spotless. You will work in a fast-paced team, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation for glassware, pots, and utensils, while maintaining the dish area and assisting with other areas as needed.

The role is tipped eligible and involves flexible hours. Our team focuses on service culture, growth, and a robust benefits package to support associates.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Remocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
