Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots, ensuring a smooth operation in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down and cleans the dish machine at shift end.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
