Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. You will clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, and keep the dish room and machines running smoothly to support our kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
