Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. The role supports our busy kitchens by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish area, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with prior dishwashing experience, can work flexible hours, multi-task, and is a team player who is committed to hospitality excellence in our fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
