Schulte Hospitality Group in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a reliable Dish Steward to maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware and utensils, and to keep the dish area organized. The role requires a trainable individual who can work flexible shifts and be a team player.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a similar role.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
