Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented dish steward to join our team at Hyatt Place San Juan. You will clean and sanitize dishes, restock items, and support the dish room during busy shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned
