Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Dish Steward for the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, NV. This full-time position offers $19 per hour and applications are welcome through November 9, 2026. You’ll keep back‑of‑house operations running smoothly and support overall restaurant cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous dish steward or kitchen support experience.
• High school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain the dish room and operate the commercial dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans as needed.
• Remove garbage and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keep dish and storage areas clean and organized throughout shift.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
