Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa (Schulte Hospitality Group) is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. This role supports a fast-paced hotel dining operation and is tipped eligible, reflecting the value of outstanding hospitality.

The position involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish area, restocking supplies, and assisting with general cleaning as needed. A high school education is preferred and prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Removes all garbage.

Responsibilities

• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
