Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a dependable Dish Steward to maintain clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas. This full-time position offers daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package through Schulte Hospitality Group.

Responsibilities include sterilizing dishware, restocking supplies, maintaining the dish area, and supporting the team during shifts. Prior related experience and flexibility with hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
