Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a dependable Dish Steward to join our kitchen team. The role supports hospitality by keeping dishware clean and available, maintaining the dish area, and assisting with daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
