Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Dish Steward to join our hospitality team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will clean and sanitize dishes, maintain the dish room, restock supplies, and support overall kitchen operations with a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior dishwashing/restaurant experience required.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
