Job Summary:
The Dish Steward at Galaxy Restaurant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This individual will support the kitchen and waitstaff by maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position in the restaurant industry. The compensation for this position is $15 per hour, paid biweekly. Employees are also eligible for company benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
- Assist with food prep and restocking kitchen supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes to guests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with general kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
