Bass Pro Shops in Ozark, MO is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain clean, safe tableware and a sanitary work area. You will operate dishwashing equipment, follow SOPs, and support a team in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times.
• Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation standards as established by Health Department.
• Follow proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to established Ecosure standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, proper storage of equipment and cleaning of Dish area prior to the end of each shift.
• Handles and uses chemicals needed to clean and sanitize tableware in a safe manner.
• Complete all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
