Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Operate the dish machine and three-compartment sink.
• Return clean items to storage and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize dish room, floors, carts, and equipment.
• Remove trash and maintain disposal areas.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with stocking, transporting supplies, and related duties.
• Shift is spent standing around heat, steam, and chemicals.
