American Dining Creations in Midvale, UT is seeking a Dish Room Attendant to support our kitchen team through dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking tasks. The role includes operating a dish machine, handwashing certain items, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and assisting with janitorial duties as needed.

The position requires good time management, attention to health and safety standards, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and utensils using a dish machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Keep designated dish areas clean and organized and store items properly.
• Monitor dish temperatures, water levels, and chemical dilutions as required.
• Wash items by hand when needed (e.g., cutting boards, large pots).
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning floors, and breaking down boxes.
