Qualifications

• Kitchen or food prep experience; commercial kitchen or camp-setting preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willing to work mornings and events as needed.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and organized.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including workstations, counters, and floors.
• Assist in organizing the kitchen and prep areas to keep everything easily accessible.
• Help stock ingredients, sauces, and supplies to keep the kitchen well-stocked for daily use.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
• Support the team during food service by quickly providing prepared ingredients or helping with other tasks as needed.
