Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Yardley, PA is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to support our Back of House by keeping dish and sanitation areas clean, safe, and organized so the kitchen can perform at its best.

You will work with a fast-paced, team-driven crew, gain extensive training, and have opportunities for advancement as we grow new store openings. This role offers an hourly wage with benefits for eligible team members and a positive path in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
• Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
• Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
