Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to support a high-performing Back of House team and ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization so the kitchen can operate at its highest level.

You’ll help maintain a clean dish area, operate the dish machine efficiently, and assist with prep tasks as needed to keep service running smoothly. This role offers opportunities for growth as the store expands and the team develops skills in hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
• Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
• Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
