You will operate the dish machine, maintain water temperatures and chemical levels, wash and sanitize ware, and help with prep tasks to keep dishes flowing for service. The role offers training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to support kitchen flow.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
