Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is looking for a Dish Machine Operator to support the back-of-house team. You’ll keep the dish and sanitation area clean, ensure safe water temperatures and chemical levels, and help the kitchen run smoothly.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and advancement, while enjoying benefits for eligible employees and flexible scheduling options.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
• Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
• Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
