Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to support our Back of House team. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area and ensure dishes are washed and sanitized to food safety standards.

• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
