Dish Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the dish room area and kitchen.
• Empties trash cans.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks and trash cans weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent and regular basis.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate in English is desirable.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to converse with guests in a warm, friendly, gracious manner.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must enjoy guest service, have excellent organization skills and sense of timing.

Physical Requirements:
