Job Summary

Must be able to help and assist servers throughout Food and Beverage service. Exceed guest’s expectations by providing high standard service. Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Responsible for the appearance of the section, work station, and dining room.

Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Flexible Reimbursement Plan:

• Full-time employees are offered these benefits starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Variable hour team members could be eligible after 12 months of hire, with supervisor approval, provided they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

401K Plan:

• Team members are eligible to participate at age 21 or older, starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.

PTO:

• At 6 months: 7 PTO days (average 28 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:
