Black Bear Diners is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to manage the dishwashing process, ensuring utensils and service ware are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked for smooth service. You will support crew members and help ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

The role requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining sanitary conditions and efficient workflow in the dish area.

• Familiar with and practice all company standards related to position.
• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical usage.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep dishroom clean and organized.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster at scheduled times.
• Complete sidework for station and shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
