Black Bear Diners is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to manage the dishwashing process, ensuring utensils and service ware are clean, sanitized and stocked for the team. You will monitor the dish machine, report issues, and support a smooth dinner service with accurate wash cycles and organized dish areas.

Ideal candidates are patient, enthusiastic, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy, family-friendly environment. Flexible hours including nights and holidays may be required to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any problems.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash and complete shift-sidework.
