Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Monitor water temperature and chemical use to ensure sanitary washes.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean dishware for dining room and kitchen.
• Assist teammates with cleaning and organizing tasks as needed.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster at scheduled times.
• Complete side work for the station and shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
