Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwasher with proper washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized per sanitation guidelines.
• Scrub and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
• Sort and load dirty dishes; restock clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with trash, tilts and kettles, sweeping/mopping, and general prep as needed.
