• Serve as clinical resource and consultant for nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and oversight for the hospital's disease-specific program.
• Lead quality improvement to maintain Joint Commission or other certification.
• liaise between quality improvement, nursing and medical staff in the disease-specific program.
• Report and present accurate, quality information internally and externally.
• Promote and participate in performance improvement and data-driven decision making.
