Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Senior Director to lead our Discovery pillar. You’ll elevate analytics strategically and operationally, partner with pillar leaders, and own key datasets and metrics.

You will build and lead a high-performing S&A team, drive experimentation best practices, and ensure data is usable across the company. This is a hybrid role with global visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive pillar-level strategic decisions using analytics and cross-pod insights.
• Build, manage, and level up the Discovery S&A team with coaching and clear expectations.
• Own offensive and defensive tracking for key Discovery metrics and company performance.
• Set standard for analytical rigor and establish experimentation practices for Discovery.
• Create datasets, documentation, and self-serve tooling so teams can leverage Discovery data.
• Own tooling, operating model, and cross-functional relationships for S&A data enablement.
• Create systems to scale the team and propagate successful practices across the broader S&A org.
