Job summary

Under the Head of Discovery Services, you will apply standards (RDA, AACR2, MARC21), maintain bibliographic and holdings records, and contribute to catalog

Qualifications

• Two to three years of library or clerical experience.
• Strong knowledge of cataloging standards.
• Experience applying cataloging rules (RDA, MARC21, AACR2).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complex copy cataloging for physical and electronic materials.
• Maintain and enhance bibliographic records using OCLC.
• Apply cataloging standards (RDA, AACR2, MARC21).
• Import and maintain records in Alma; ensure discoverability via Primo.
• Maintain serials and holdings records; verify information.
• Participate in catalog cleanup and record enhancements.
• Collaborate with librarians and Discovery Services colleagues.
