Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover opportunities.
• Execute sales activities aligned with KPIs and metrics.
• Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings with technology companies and government customers.
• Document calls, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain relationships with technology reps, channel partners, and government customers.
• Meet or exceed daily performance standards (calls, orders, quota).
• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
• Position products and service programs to fit customer needs.
• Attend TD SYNNEX training initiatives and events.

The program typically lasts between 3 and 9 months, during which participants will be evaluated based on their performance, engagement, and adherence to TD SYNNEX expectations during each rotation. We want your fresh ideas and unique perspectives to help shape our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do (Example Job Duties)

• Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
• Execute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators and metrics.
• Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
• Document all calls, sales activities, customer and/or technology company interactions in our company customer relationship management system.
• Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
• Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
• Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
• Attend all assigned TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.
• Additional duties as assigned

Participation in the Discovery Representative Program does not guarantee an offer of, or placement into, a permanent position with TD SYNNEX. At the conclusion of the program - at any point during the program - participants may be released from the role based on performance outcomes, business needs, or failure to meet TD SYNNEX policies or procedures.

This is a hybrid role (3+ days per week) with occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The Discovery Representative Program average starting rate is approximately $23.00 per hour.
