Job summary

F3 Law seeks a paralegal to support attorneys with discovery, eDiscovery, and document review. You will draft and serve discovery requests, gather information from clients and experts, and maintain detailed logs to track deadlines.

Responsibilities include identifying, preserving, collecting, and processing ESI, using Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw, and other tools. Collaboration with teams and clients is essential, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion or degree from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
• Proficient in English grammar usage, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and legal terminology.
• Proficient with office software and legal applications (DMS, Microsoft Office, Macros, Coyote, Juralaw, CaseLines).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated diplomacy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving with a results orientation.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and serve written discovery requests and subpoenas.
• Gather information from clients and experts to draft comprehensive discovery responses.
• Maintain master discovery logs and track deadlines.
