Qualifications

• Master's degree in library science from an ALA-accredited program with 5 years of professional library experience.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting an integrated library system or library services platform.
• Experience with cataloging, metadata, discovery systems, and electronic-resource access.
• Proven record leading cross-functional library technology projects and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems, standards, data quality, and technical infrastructure for ODL collections.
• Serve as ILS Administrator and provide agency-wide leadership for cataloging, metadata, and discovery.
• Collaborate with State Library, Archives, and other owners to align discovery architecture.
• Manage staff priorities, workflows, and process improvements across departments.
• Maintain system configuration, permissions, integrations, and data integrity.
• Enforce quality-control practices for bibliographic, metadata, holdings, and access data.
