Conservice LLC is hiring for a Disconnect Resolution Specialist in Logan, UT. The role is available in-office or hybrid with in-office days Tue, Wed, and Thu, and a shift pattern from 3 pm–7 pm or 4 pm–8 pm MT.

The position focuses on researching disconnect notices, coordinating payments to restore services, and maintaining client relationships while keeping accounts active and in good standing.

• Make payments to restore utility services.
• Medium phone usage—up to 30–50% of the workday making outbound calls to providers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 7 pm or 4 pm - 8 pm MT

Wage: $15.75 per hour plus a performance-based tier system

Overview

Disconnect Resolution Specialist research disconnect notices and work to restore utility services. Disconnected services often cause past due balances and sometimes collection invoices. You are responsible to collaborate with the appropriate party to resolve these issues and make necessary payments to re-establish utilities. Your efforts will foster client relations as their accounts remain active and in good-standing.
