Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Manager Integration and Test 3 to lead the Discipline Execution for Integration and Test Engineering. The role supports multiple sites, with travel up to 25% and locations in Linthicum, MD; Rolling Meadows, IL; or San Diego, CA.

You will drive common tooling, processes, and metrics across sites, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers to improve cost, schedule, and quality outcomes while preparing for audits and reviews.

Formación

• Requires a STEM degree with several years in Integration & Test leadership.
• Experience leading cross-site engineering teams and audits.
• Ability to drive common processes, tools and metrics across sites.
