Northrop Grumman is seeking a Discipline Execution lead for Integration and Test Engineering within the Sector Engineering organization. The role focuses on defining common tools, standards, and processes across sites, enabling continuous improvement and strategic alignment with engineering peers.

You will lead a geographically distributed team, drive performance metrics, and partner with multiple organizations to enhance engineering competitiveness while supporting audits and capability

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with 9+ years of experience, or Master’s with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience across multiple lines of business and functional disciplines (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, business management, strategy & business development).
• Demonstrated experience leading Integration and Test teams across the product development lifecycle (lead engineer, chief engineer, IPT leader).
• Technical experience in Integration and Test within aerospace & defense industry with direct experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Integration and Test engineering organizations across the sector operate with predictable, repeatable rigor.
• Define oversight methods and drive program performance and engineering metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable competitive engineering design and performance.
• Travel up to 25% to support distributed team.
