Job summary

Raleigh Dream Center in Raleigh, NC seeks a leader to run the Dream Center Discipleship Recovery Program. You will disciple participants, manage staffing, and coordinate curriculum, meals, transportation, and personal development activities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, quarterly planning, and external partnerships to support growth. Experience in addiction recovery and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area.
• Knowledge of addiction recovery and supervised leadership experience.
• Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily DCD program operations and manage program details (curriculum, materials, logistics).
• Manage participant needs (food, clothing, transportation) and schedule activities.
• Develop 2nd/3rd year options to support graduates beyond the program.
• Partner with ED on strategic planning, goals, budgets, staffing and accountability.
• Prepare and submit an annual budget, monitor progress, and report to ED/BOD.
