Job summary

Hope Center Ministries seeks a Recovery Pastor to shepherd residents in recovery, guide discipleship, and lead campus spiritual life on the Goldsboro campus. You will oversee counseling, mentor residents, and coordinate family and community programs to support healing and transformation in Christ.

The role emphasizes biblical counseling, leadership development, and partnership with volunteers and church partners to sustain a Christ-centered campus culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide Christ-centered counseling, individually and in groups.

• Oversee Bible study teachers and ensure doctrinal soundness.
• Support residents in finding a sponsor and advancing in recovery.
• Plan weekend activities and ensure spiritual enrichment on campus.
• Coordinate family support and community engagement activities.
