Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical needs of discharge planning, including faxing inquiries and arranging ambulance transportation.
• Make calls to skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, durable medical equipment companies, and family members.
• Document appropriately in Meditech and manage department voicemail and orders.
• Greet visitors, schedule meetings, and help with supply ordering and distribution.
